We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy of risk scores for your specific situation
• Future employment outcomes in any occupation
• The effectiveness of recommended courses or learning paths
• Job placement or career advancement

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

AI Crisis may earn commissions from affiliate links to courses, tools, and services. This doesn't affect our recommendations, which are based on quality and relevance. We clearly disclose affiliate relationships.

8. Purchases and Refunds

For paid features (AI Future Plans, premium subscriptions):

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• One-time purchases are non-refundable after delivery
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; no refunds for partial periods
• We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Crisis and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Crisis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Crisis from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
